More pictures from the summer!

George LOVED t-ball - he said he wished he could play it all year long.

Henry learned to waterski this summer!
We spent some time with our friends at their cabin - it's always more fun to go tubing with friends!
They also had the "hot dog" tube, which provided lots of laughs for riders and observers.

Legos, once again, played a big role in our summer.
Lots of time up at the lake!
George went through a phase this summer where he made a weird face and flashed a peace sign every time somone took his photo. Thank god this phase has passed.

Happy 4th of July!

We went up to the lake for the 4th of July! The weather was fabulous and we invited some friends to join us at the cabin. The boys had a lot of fun hanging out with other kids up there and going tubing, fishing, swimming, watching fireworks...
The boat parade on the lake - everyone decorates their boat patriotically and gathers at 11am for the boat parade. We didn't take part this year but the kids are planning the decorations for next year!
George and Jonah getting ready to tube!
 On the tube!
 Henry went with Norah.
The kids had some decent luck fishing off the dock.
We headed over to our other friends' cabin on the lake next to us to watch fireworks.

And spent the rest of the weekend tubing, swimming, fishing, lounging, etc.

Once again - catching up!

Some shots from our vacation to Gulf Shores with the Fontanini family!
COMPLETELY OUT OF ORDER.
 On the beach!
 In the pool.
Aunt Meg and Uncle Doug bought all the kids boogie boards - they LOVED these things and the waves were perfect.

Another fun activity was searching for shells - tons of shells to choose from!
On our way to Alabama we stopped in St. Louis and visited the famous Gateway Arch.

In the little capsule on our way up to the top - not recommended for the clausterphobic!

In Alabama - snuggling up before bedtime!

 Playing competitive games of Skip-Bo.

 Eating seafood!
The boys and Meg went to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball game.

 The pirate themed dolphin cruise!
On the way home we stopped in Huntsville, AL at the US Space & Rocket Center.

 George in the capsule.

Grampy shopping for groceries in Alabama. When on vacation, Grampy does not engage in healthy eating.

The rental company had locked up all of the extra soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, etc. Their puny locks were no match for Grampy and his handy-dandy pocketknife. Seriously, one packet of dishwasher detergent for a weekly rental that sleeps 12? Were they nuts?
Napping illegally on someone else's rented chair. Whoopsie!
