A little brisk

Mt Washington is said to have the worst weather in the world, with the strongest wind in history recorded here. When we got to the top it was about 50 degrees, and we needed sweatshirts. We all enjoyed some hot chocolate at the visitors' center at the top if the mountain.

We loved the picture and hope you all got to the great gift store in the "clouds". Lots of good kid friendly science books about weather. You know G&G how we love gift shops!! Did you see pictures of Marty (retired) weather man for 38 years. Every day he would report the weather from top of Mt. Washington. A real Maine man who brought lots of Maine's folks a joy and inspiration each day…Happy Trails to the Axelrod Clan.
