Fake spring #1!
Ah, I love these pictures I get every year of the kids out riding bikes, no coats, with piles of snow melting in the background. We call it "fake spring" since we know that it's probably not here to stay. I remember sitting at May soccer games watching sleet last year. So I try not to get my hopes up. Although we had such a mild winter it seems kind of anti-climactic to have warm weather again. The cross country skis got zero usage this year! There were probably only 3 decent ski days all year long, and the snow wasn't deep enough for the groomers to lay parallel tracks where we usually go.

With our mild winter, I'm JUST naive enough to believe that it might actually stay nice-ish. Not THIS nice, but nice. Let's keep our fingers crossed!!!
I miss Spring days! It's always Spring/Summer here. I know, poor me. But really, the seasons are missed when you no longer have those great changes that mark the years.
