Science Fair time!

Henry has been busy with his experiment for this year's science fair. This year he is investigating different things you can add to the water for cut flowers, and how long the flowers live. So for you scientists out there, his independent variable is "what was added to the water?", and his dependent variable is "# of days the flower lives".  The additives are just water, flower food packet that came with the flowers, sugar and a penny, bleach, and Diet Pepsi.

With all the flowers lined up - so far the - you guessed it - flower food is "winning." The bleach only lasted a few days, then the Diet Pepsi. The sugar/penny, plain water, and flower food are still going strong.
