Lately, Hank enjoys piling up as many pillows, quilts, blankets, duvets, etc. as he can find and makes caves out of them, where he burrows into the pile with a flashlight. It's his new favorite game, which is funny because every night he sleeps with his bedside table lamp on because he is scared of the dark. We also went bowling for the first time with him at the Amazing Pizza Machine, which is essentially a large, loud, indoor amusement park where machines that dispense hand-sanitizing gel are placed every 5 yards throughout the facility yet you still feel the need to take a shower when you get home. Naturally, Hank loved it and so did Mike, because they capped off the visit with a spin on the little go-carts. I have pictures of this that I will post later.
The house selling is going okay, we have had a flurry of activity in the last few days so we're hoping that all these showings will result in an offer. It is getting harder and harder for me to keep the house clean and orderly on a daily basis and once again I am feeling a little like Joan Crawford with all of my scrubbing and dusting and nagging Hank and Mike to tidy up and FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PICK UP AFTER YOURSELVES. Do you hear me channeling Joan Crawford?
The imaginary Diego is still going with us everywhere.
Anyway, that is about it from here!
