Mike is headed to Boston this week for a conference, so my parents are coming up to help me out so I'm not flying solo with Thing1 and Thing2 (my new nicknames for them). We are all very excited for Mimi and Grampy to arrive - my goal is to go the entire week without changing a poopy diaper. (That's what Grandmas are for, right?)
We had Hank's Winter Festival at his school on Friday, which was so cute. They did songs from around the world. Hank was excellent in his role as "Japanese Child." Unfortunately the gym was too dark to get good photos, and I didn't get a chance to snap a shot of him in his costume because he had yanked it off before we had the chance to get to his classroom after the program was over. Mike got some good video though, so hopefully someday I'll get it posted here. Mike takes most of the videos with his fancy-schmancy digital camera which is incompatible with my dinosaur of a laptop, so most of our videos are stored on his Mac and he never gets around to uploading any of them to YouTube.
On Saturday Hank and Mike participated in an ice fishing tournament, where they didn't catch any fish. But here's a cute picture anyway!
