Do not let this sweet, angelic face fool you. It is the face of evil. Well, perhaps I'm exaggerating but not by much. Its a good thing he's cute. This morning I was getting ready when I went over to my dresser and noticed that my necklace was missing. The one with the diamond pendant on it. The one that is a family heirloom that my mother-in-law gave me on my wedding day. Georgie was next to the dresser.
ANG: Did you take my necklace?
GEORGIE: Yes!
ANG: What did you do with it?
GEORGIE: I show you. (Goes into his bathroom. Points to his sink.) I put it down the sink!
ANG: Whaaaaaaaaaaaat?????
GEORGIE: Yeah! I put it down the sink!
A phone call to my dad later, and I'm crouched under the sink getting a crash course in PVC pipes and sink traps. I remove the trap, and my necklace dangles down. Simultaneous feelings of relief and rage.
This is not the first thing Georgie has relocated to an inappropriate place. We have found random things in our heating vents. In our humidifier. He has killed one VCR/DVD player. There is a cordless phone that has gone completely missing in our house, and naturally it was the one with the ringer turned off so I can't even use the pager/locator function to find it. It's just completely gone. Puzzle pieces disappear. Game pieces disappear. I could go on, but you get the picture.

And to think people say three is even worse then two :) Sadly, that's been my experience with both! Hopefully it won't be yours. Nice job on the plumbing, I'm impressed!

That adorable little boy is not a devil nor is he evil! He is just a very active 2 year old with a lot of energy! Of course this is coming from his Mimi :)
We are on our fifth, yes fifth DVD player in four years. Quarters were inserted, food, who knows what else. We are sooooo lucky we don't pay for our plumbing. Sometimes it's good to live in an apartment, especially with a kid like Froggy. Glad you got the necklace back!
