I always said I didn't want a huge TV in my family room, but now that its here I have to admit that my TV viewing experience has definitely improved. I've never had bigger than a 27 inch TV so this has opened up a whole new world of viewing for me. (As if I needed an excuse to watch more television than I already do). Dora and Diego are even scarier on the big screen than they were on the little one. And Yo Gabba Gabba is just plain frightening now.
Those maroon tissue paper sheets are a mock-up for some decorating options. I have discovered that decorating around these behemoths is quite a challenge. (As if I needed an excuse to spend more time visiting decorating blogs. I was up until 11pm the other night checking them out. Those of you who know me and my 9pm bedtime know how crazy this is for me. ) Anyway, I bought 3 frames to go above the TV and I put some black-and-white photographs in them. Now I just need to get the frames up on the wall and the cord management situation under control.
