I have taken Henry to pick strawberries for the past 4 years - first in Nebraska, then in Maine, and the last two years here in Wisconsin. I found a great farm just south of town called Foster's and they are superfriendly, helpful, and absurdly inexpensive. Yesterday morning was cloudy and cool (but not rainy) so we headed out with our buckets to pick. As usual, the kids consumed approximately a quart of strawberries while we were out there. Now I'm debating on what to make with all of this bounty...
